I had the privilege of hearing Mr. Watson speak at a recent event and the honor of meeting his beautiful family. Although my husband does not show symptoms of PTSD as other of his fellow servicemen, I found both his CD on Brain Power and this pamphlet very informative and have begun applying the information learned.
