This book is great!!! If you only have a few people who have gone inactive, definitely send this to them!
Great brochure for the folks that have gone inactive. Just wish the cover picture was different. It's too posed, I gravitate to the eyes and they look weird.
Really like the material the "we miss you" book provided except the front cover is not the same. Debating even sending them out now because they just look too cheesy.
